UPUTE ZA PREDAVAČE

Usmeno izlaganje
  • pozvani predavači: 30 minuta
  • usmena izlaganja: 15 minuta
  • rasprava: 15 minuta nakon svake sekcije
  • predavači se mole da se pridržavaju vremena određenog za usmena izlaganja jer će nakon isteka istog prezentacija biti elektronski prekinuta
  • predavači se mole da, radi provjere ispravnosti, medij s predavanjem predaju tehničaru Kongresne agencije najmanje 1 sat prije predviđenog termina za prezentaciju na mjestu za pripremu predavanja
  • jezik za usmena izlaganja: hrvatski ili engleski
  • jezik na prezentacijskim slajdovima: isključivo engleski
  • preporuke:

– izbjegavajte pisanje velikim slovima
– izbjegavajte pisati crvenim slovima
– izbjegavajte pune rečenice, natuknice su dovoljne (4-5 po slajdu)
– broj slajdova: 1-2 po minuti

Upute za izradu prezentacija

  • na kongresu će se koristiti PC računala. Prezentacije trebaju biti pripremljene u Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) programu
  • format dokumenta: operativni sustavi koji će se koristiti na Kongresu su Microsoft Office 2016. i Windows 8. Dopušteni formati su: .ppt i .pptx
  • video zapisi: video zapise je potrebno komprimirati. Postoji mnogo formata i kodeka, no preporučamo .mp4 video – H.264 video i AAC audio (MPEG-4 AVC) formate. Ostali formati koji se mogu koristiti: .mpg, .wmv i .avi
  • format LCD projektora: standardni format projektora u kongresnim dvoranama je 4:3
  • predavači se mole da, radi provjere ispravnosti, medij s predavanjem predaju tehničaru Kongresne agencije najmanje 1 sat prijepredviđenog termina za prezentaciju na mjestu za pripremu predavanja
  • tehničko osoblje će na mjestu za pripremu predavanja testirati i provjeriti kompatibilnost prezentacija i predavači će tada imati posljednju priliku za zadnje sitne izmjene
  • predavači se mole da bilo kakve posebne naputke vezane uz prezentacije daju tehničkom osoblju na mjestu za pripremu predavanja, ne za vrijeme predavanja
  • molimo za izradu prezentacija koristi sljedeći PowerPoint predložak – FOOD2018 – Predložak

POSTERI

  • maksimalne dimenzije postera: 80 cm (širina) x 100 cm (visina)
  • elementi: naslov, popis autora, obrada teme rada (uvod, razrada, zaključak), literatura, ključne riječi
  • preporuke:

– izbjegavajte sjenčanje, podcrtavanje i miješanje različitih tipova slova
– izbjegavajte velika slova

Posteri moraju biti na engleskom jeziku.

Posteri će biti izloženi na panoima u kongresnom prostoru cijelo vrijeme trajanja Kongresa, a autori moraju biti prisutni uz poster za vrijeme razgledavanja postera. Posteri se donose osobno na Kongres. Materijal za ljepljenje postera osigurava Kongresna agencija .

Nagrada za najbolji poster

Ocjenjivački sud će nagraditi autora najboljeg postera. Nagrada je vikend aranžman za dvije osobe u Grand Hotelu 4 opatijska cvijeta u Opatiji u terminu prema dogovoru.

Izlaganje radova, usmeno ili u obliku postera, nije moguće bez uplaćene kotizacije (osim radova pozvanih predavača).
